Friends of Windansea is a small independent organization, that started back in 1946, when a group of veterans and surfers built a surf shack, our goal is to solicit and encourage maximum citizen participation to preserve, restore and enhance the natural character and beauty of the Windansea Beach area.
Your donation (which is through our Partner, La Jolla Parks and Beach) will help a lot to achieve our mission. We’ll be able to :
- Help keep Windansea Beach Clean
- Maintain the Historical Windansea Surfer’s Shack
- Help with Erosion Control and rebuild and restore the Belvedere
- Maintain the stairways like repainting and repair.
La Jolla Park and Beach is a non-profit corporation and your donation is tax deductible. Please note we are using the non-profit donation gateway of Zeffy, and you have to option of donating to their cause. With Zeffy, being a non-profit, we get all donations, unlike others who charge a 3-6% fee.
